I purchased one of your products from another retailer and it's faulty, can I return to you?
We are sorry that you've received a product which is faulty but unfortunately we are only able to process returns, refunds and exchanges on items purchased directly from our online store robert-frederick.co.uk. If you bought the item from another retailer we advise you get in touch with them directly.
If you are a retailer who need to contact us about faulty or missing stock please get directly in contact with your sales agent.

If you bought the puzzle directly from us at robert-frederick.co.uk please contact us using the form at the bottom of the page and we will do our best to help.
If you purchased the puzzle from another retailer please contact them directly for a replacement or refund.
If you were gifted the puzzle, could you kindly check with the person who gave it to you to see if they purchased it directly from us? If they did, we'd also appreciate it if you could provide the order number so we can assist you more efficiently. Please note that if the puzzle was purchased from an external retailer, we may not be able to offer a replacement.

Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom, however international shipping is on the horizon! Keep an eye out for updates here.

Everyone wants their exciting new gifts as fast as possible, and we will always do our best to send your parcels as quickly as we can. Our standard delivery times are 3-5 working days for UK orders using a tracked courier service.
