If your order has not yet shipped, you may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please email sales@robert-frederick.co.uk with your name and order number.

Please send an email to online@robert-frederick.co.uk and include your name and order number along with a description of the problem. You are welcome to attach photos to illustrate. Once received our team will respond to you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

Our products are not stored at our head office in Bath so you are unable to collect locally. Your parcel will ship from our warehouse located in Staffordshire which is a closed site.

We are sorry that you've received a product which is faulty but unfortunately we are only able to process returns, refunds and exchanges on items purchased directly from our online store robert-frederick.co.uk. If you bought the item from one of our stockists, we advise you get in touch with them directly.
If you are a retailer who need to contact us about faulty or missing stock please get directly in contact with your sales agent.
