Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom, however international shipping is on the horizon! Keep an eye out for updates here.

If your order has not yet shipped, you may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please email sales@robert-frederick.co.uk with your name and order number.

Please send an email to sales@robert-frederick.co.uk and include your name and order number along with a description of the problem. You are welcome to attach photos to illustrate. Once received our team will respond to you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

Our products are not stored at our head office in Bath so you are unable to collect locally. Your parcel will ship from our warehouse located in Staffordshire which is a closed site.
