Everyone wants their exciting new gifts as fast as possible, and we will always do our best to send your parcels as quickly as we can. Our standard delivery times are 3-5 working days for UK orders using a tracked courier service.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping outside of the UK.
* This does sometimes increase during busy periods, such as Sales, Black Friday and Christmas. If you haven't received your order, please allow seven working days before contacting us.
Please note that delivery times will be affected over bank holiday periods and an additional day may be added to the dispatch time.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if you do need to return or exchange an item, we are pleased to offer returns within 30 days of purchase for items in their original packaging.
If your item is faulty or damaged write to online and state your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue. We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without a return (we may require photos in this instance).
We are only able to process returns, refunds and exchanges on items purchased from www.robert-frederick.co.uk. If you bought the item from one of our stockists including Amazon, we advise you get in touch with them directly.
